Here our pâtissiers cultivate expertise in traditional Bohemian-Austrian pastries. The sweet delicacies are hand-baked here for all the Querfeld family businesses using classic ingredients and  following handed-down recipes. Modern baking mixes and deep-frozen dough are banned!

where you will be spoiled with coffee and sweet delights such as the possibly best "Rehrücken" in Vienna (almond & chocolate pastry with chocolate & almond glaze), the Imperial Melange Gateau, the Lord's Gateau and many other delicacies.
